The Service Board is a moderated marketplace for help rather than items: boss carries, trials, crafting, leveling and build help. It shows the same board as the Services page on epoe.io, so a post made in one place appears in the other.
Staff can switch the board off, for example while there isn't enough moderation coverage. The rail icon only appears while it is open. If you reach the page while it is closed, it says so — nothing is lost, and your posts stay where they are. To open it in game, bind the Service Board hotkey under Overlays → Hotkeys (it is unbound by default).
The board is account-only, so posts can be moderated and reported. If you are signed out, sign in under Settings → Account. Publishing a post also needs a verified email.
Browsing
The Browse section has two views: Approved services (the public board) and My posts (your own, whatever their state). Narrow it with:
- Category — Boss Carry, Trial, Crafting, Leveling, Build Help or Other.
- League — type a league name to hide other leagues.
- Search — matches titles, details, character and poster names.
Each card shows the category and league, title, details, price (or No listed price), availability, languages, when it expires, and who to contact. Refresh reloads the board.
Contacting a provider
Press Message player on a card. While Path of Exile 2 is attached, ePOE sends the whisper in game for you: a short "I'm interested in your service" line naming the post and its listed price. If the game isn't attached, the whisper is copied to your clipboard instead. The message is always a plain whisper, so a post can't make ePOE run a game command.
Agree the details in game, as you would with any trade. The board lists services — it doesn't take payment or guarantee delivery.
Offering a service
- Press Offer a service.
- Fill in the League (it defaults to the one selected in the title bar), Category, Title, Your PoE character, Price and Currency (Exalted, Divine, Chaos, Free or Negotiable), Languages (comma-separated), Availability and Details.
- Press Submit for review.
Your post goes to the moderation queue and appears publicly once a moderator approves it. The card's pill shows its state. Posts expire within seven days, so repost when they lapse. Links, real-money offers, credential requests and automation services are rejected automatically.
On your own cards you can Edit, Pause (hide it for now) and Resume, Close it, or Delete it.
Reporting
On someone else's card, pick a reason — Spam, Real-money trading, Credential request, Harassment, Impersonation, Automation service or Other — and press Report. It goes to staff for review. Reporting the same post twice just tells you it is already reported.
Nobody legitimate ever needs your account details. Report any post that asks for credentials, offers a real-money trade, or sells automation.
Getting the most out of it
- A specific title gets replies. "Arbiter of Ash carry, 2 runs, you keep the loot" beats "Boss carries".
- Put your timezone in Availability. Most wasted whispers come from people who are never online at the same time.
- Pause a post while you are away rather than letting whispers go unanswered.
- For item trading, use the trade site. How trading works covers the basics.
