Terms of Service
Fair terms, plainly put.
ePoe is a free, unofficial companion for Path of Exile 2. These are the simple ground rules for using it. By using ePoe, you agree to them.
01The short version
ePoe is free to use, made for fellow exiles, and provided as-is. Use it within Grinding Gear Games’ rules, don’t abuse it, and treat the prices it shows as helpful estimates rather than guarantees. That’s the whole deal — the rest just spells it out.
02What ePoe is
ePoe is a companion overlay and website for Path of Exile 2 — pricing, crafting help, act-by-act leveling, build planning, an item database, market data, and more. It is an independent, unofficial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games. All Path of Exile content, names, and trademarks belong to Grinding Gear Games.
03Your account
Some features need an ePoe account. You’re responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Please give us accurate details and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to create one.
04Using ePoe responsibly
When you use ePoe, you agree not to:
- Use it in any way that breaks Grinding Gear Games’ own Terms of Use or Path of Exile’s rules.
- Attempt to attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt ePoe or the services it connects to.
- Resell, rebrand, or redistribute ePoe as your own.
- Use it to harass, defraud, or harm other players.
- Hammer the trade API or evade rate limits in a way that could get you — or us — throttled or banned.
In short: play fair, and don’t do anything with ePoe that you couldn’t do by hand within the game’s rules.
05Path of Exile & Grinding Gear Games
ePoe works alongside Path of Exile 2 and uses Grinding Gear Games’ official APIs on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with GGG’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy when you use ePoe. GGG can change or restrict their game and APIs at any time, which may affect how ePoe works — that’s outside our control, and we’ll adapt as best we can.
06Prices & information are estimates
ePoe’s prices, crafting suggestions, build data, and market figures are informational estimates drawn from live listings and public data. They’re here to help you decide — not a guarantee of value, nor a promise that any trade will complete at a given price. Always use your own judgment before buying, selling, or crafting. We’re not responsible for in-game outcomes based on what ePoe shows.
07It's free, and provided as-is
ePoe is currently free to use. We may add, change, or remove features, and we can’t promise the service will always be available or error-free. We’ll do our best to keep it running well, but you use it as-is.
08Ownership
ePoe’s own software, design, and branding belong to us. Path of Exile’s assets and data belong to Grinding Gear Games. ePoe is built in part on open-source work — including projects licensed under the MIT license — and we credit and honor those licenses. You’re granted a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use ePoe for its intended purpose.
09No warranties
ePoe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim them all.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ePoe and its makers won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including decisions made based on the information it provides. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
11Ending things
You can stop using ePoe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if it’s necessary to protect ePoe, its users, or the services it relies on.
12Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we’ll revise this page and the “last updated” date below. If a change is significant, we’ll do our best to let you know. Continuing to use ePoe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
