Your ePOE account is the same on epoe.io, in the desktop app and in the mobile app. Manage it on epoe.io, under Account in the sidebar.
Profile
Profile has three cards.
Account details
- Display name is shown around the app. Full name and Email are below it. Press Save changes.
- Changing your email needs your Current password. After saving, check your inbox to confirm the new address. Your other devices are signed out.
- For 7 days, your previous address can undo the change.
- Accounts created through pathofexile.com can add an email here.
- If your account has no password (you sign in with Discord or Path of Exile), ePOE first asks you to confirm it's you with that sign-in. You then have 15 minutes to change your email or disconnect Discord.
Connections
Connect Discord to get price alerts as Discord DMs and to tie the ePOE Discord bot's /watch to your account. It is optional: /watch works without it.
Change password
Enter your Current password, a New password and Confirm new password, then press Update password.
Your Path of Exile account
Signing in with Path of Exile is waiting on Grinding Gear Games to approve ePOE's application, so there is no button for it yet. Until then:
- Go to Settings → Path of Exile account (or Security → PoE account) and enter your In-game account name, for example Kyndred#9775, then Save. epoe.io then reads and prices your public shop listings. Leave the field blank and save to clear it.
- For your whole shop, use the desktop app: it prices and syncs your shop from your own PC, and the results show up on epoe.io. Your Path of Exile session stays on that PC. It is never uploaded to epoe.io.
- If your account was linked through pathofexile.com, the name is locked and updates when you sign in with Path of Exile. To type one by hand, unlink Path of Exile under Security first.
Security
Security has three cards: PoE account (above), Two-factor authentication and Devices & sessions.
Two-factor authentication
- Press Enable 2FA and confirm your password.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, or enter the key shown under it by hand.
- Enter the 6-digit code and press Verify & enable.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one works once, if you lose your device.
Disable 2FA on the same card turns it off. The Overview dashboard shows whether it is on.
Devices & sessions
This lists everywhere your account is signed in: browsers and the ePOE desktop app. Revoke signs one out, and Sign Out Everywhere Else signs out every device except this one. Revoking also resets "remember me" on all your devices. See Devices and signing out.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account → Delete Account removes your ePOE account and the data tied to it.
- Confirm with your password. An account without a password confirms with a fresh Discord or Path of Exile sign-in instead.
- Every device is signed out straight away.
- The account is kept for 14 days first. We email you a link to cancel; after 14 days it is deleted for good.
- If your account has no confirmed email, we can't send the cancel link. Contact support before the deletion date if you change your mind.
- With an active subscription, the card offers Manage Subscription first.
