A mapped waystone carries modifiers from more than one place, and it is not always obvious which is which. Map Mods now shows a source breakdown, so you can see at a glance which modifiers come from the waystone itself, from a tablet, and from your Atlas tree.
Open it from the in-game bar, or bind a hotkey under Overlays → Hotkeys. The Map Mods overlay has its own on/off switch and its own rebindable hotkey.
What it does
- Your map modifiers are grouped by where they come from — the waystone, a tablet, and the Atlas passive tree.
- Each modifier sits under its source, so a dangerous roll is traced back to the thing that added it.
- You read it at a glance instead of untangling one merged list.
How to read it
When a map looks rougher than the waystone alone should be, the breakdown shows whether a tablet or your Atlas tree added the sting. That tells you what to change: reroll the waystone, swap the tablet, or respec a point.
Tips
- Atlas modifiers apply to every map, so a single risky passive compounds across a whole session — the breakdown makes it obvious.
- Tablet modifiers are per-map investments; weigh the extra reward against the extra danger before you slot one.
