Rune Scout and Well of Souls read a small part of the screen and price what is on offer. Both got more reliable in 0.14.0.
Rune Scout
Open it from Scanners → Rune Scout, or bind Rune Scout under Overlays → Hotkeys.
What it does now:
- Finds the reward panel on screen first, instead of trusting a fixed crop, and falls back to the old crop only when it cannot.
- Reads each reward row separately, at higher resolution.
- Fixes common OCR misreads and splits two rewards that were read as one line.
- Never prices placeholder rewards such as "Unique Helmet" — there is nothing specific to price.
- Marks a single best choice, highlighted over the game.
Well of Souls
Open it from its page in the desktop app, or bind Well Of Souls under Overlays → Hotkeys.
- It reads the real choice rows, with three OCR passes per row.
- Each tier badge sits on its own row over the game, so it lines up with the choice it describes.
Tips for a clean read
- Make sure the whole panel is visible and nothing (chat, another overlay) covers it.
- If a row comes back wrong, scan again — the read is quick.
- Both scanners work on Windows and Linux; see Cross-platform text recognition.
